Wyandotte MI Real Estate

Specializing in Real Estate in Detroit, Southgate, Allen Park and Wyandotte Michigan

The Wyandotte real estate market is part of a collection of communities known as Downriver in Wayne County.  The population of Wyandotte is about 30,000. Where Wyandotte sits today was, at one time, a village for the Native American tribe know as the Wyandot or Wendat, part of the Huron Nation.  It was from here that Chief Pontiac plotted his attack on Detroit.  At one time Wyandotte was home to many industrial plants but most of the industry is gone today and the Wyandotte real estate is a suburb of Detroit.

Many community activities make Wyandotte a pleasant place to live and keep the Wyandotte real estate market active and

attractive. The city holds its annual Wyandotte Street Fair, the second largest event in Michigan and draws artists and exhibitors from across the United States.  On the third Friday of each month, there is a celebration in Downtown Wyandotte, called Third Friday.
